07 August 2012 I m in partnership with a ca firm. Now I want to withdraw from that, its at will. My Partner Will continue as an individual thereafter.
If I surrender my COP , Will that be a valid evidence of disassociation from partnership ?
Or Some any formality to be fulfilled with the Institute . Reply ASAP

08 August 2012 Sir thanks for the reply. Is form 18 not the responsibility of my other partner as he will be continuing firm in his own name as earlier. Actually I want to go for job but my partner is not interested in disolving.
