I have cleared Ipcc group-1 and will be clearing group-2 by November. So i wanted to know if I start my article-ship in novemeber then when can I attempt for final (the earliest)???

11.Receipts from the firm during the previous financial year 2010-11 :
a) Amount of share in Profit (in Rs.) *
b) Salary/Remuneration (in Rs.) *
c) Interest on Capital (in Rs.) *
12.Other business/professional income received during the previous financial year 2010-11 (in Rs.) *
(a) Out of 12, Income permitted by ICAI under CA Act and regulations (in Rs.) *
(b) Business and professional income not covered under 11 or 12(a) (in Rs.) *

hi i got registered to ipcc and given three attempts .I'm waiting for my degree final results which were about to come in this month . If got shifted or converted to new scheme of ca can i start articleship and the second thing is should i wait for 9 more months from date of conversion or can i write my exam as usual for this nov .pls som one help me

if we adjust our Security Amount with our loan payable if balance amount of Loan is equals to Security Deposit. Then is there any Closing Charges will be charged by Loan Financier Company. Actually as i heard that there is no closing charges as per RBI Rules.

If we made fixed deposit in any one bank example in the name of KVB Bank. Deposit amount Rs 6,00,000/- Interest rate 7%, Period of deposit 15 Days ( Interest will come at the time of maturity Rs 1,727/-) and Rs 6,00,000/-, Interest Rate 7.5%, Period of Deposit 105 Days (interest will come at the time of maturity Rs 12,945/-). My doubt is When bankers can deduct TDS on Interest? When the interest value cross Rs 10,000/- or They can deduct 10% TDS from first deposit interest Rs 1,727/-. Please Reply friends.

I have cleared both the groups of PCC in may 2012 attempt, result of which was declared on 7th august 2012. Now i want to appear for Final in November 2012 & my 3.5 years articleship training was completed in Feb 2012....please somebody help me urgently !!

if there is any problem when the name on membership no. & on pan card is different due to marriage.

BG (Bank guarantee) issued by a bank should be on the stamp paper or franking.

Is it requires BG renewal also on Stamp paper?

i have written my ipcc group II in may 2012 and secured 138 overall but cleared all the subjects. so if i give my papers for revaluation is their any probability of securing 12 marks.

We are basically from Interior Designers Co. We have small co(less thn 20 employee) and we dnt deduct PF and ESI from employee's Salary.
We are taking a contract but they want to deduct PF and ESI..I want to knw d reason behind it.. Plz help me..
