Closing charges

09 August 2012 if we adjust our Security Amount with our loan payable if balance amount of Loan is equals to Security Deposit. Then is there any Closing Charges will be charged by Loan Financier Company. Actually as i heard that there is no closing charges as per RBI Rules.
