For industrial training you can take the transfer during last year of the articleship.
Minimum period of 9 months should be remaining for industrial training.

SIR I CAN TRANSFER FROM CA FIRM for industrial traning.

Industrial training is a genuine reason for transfer.
Also this is one of the reasons that institute has recognised few yrs ago for taking transfer.
