I had gone thru the various articles posted on Caclubindia.com regarding IPCC studies those who have make it clear this time..
I need consultation from everyone of you for the problm i have got in LAW subject..as May 2012 was my fifth attempt and i couldnt make it clear unfortunately or due to my carelessness, i have no complaints with the studies as i knew i didnt prepared well for the exams this time also as due to some reason i am involved in job just after passing my 12th and there is no time for studies since then..10 days leaves, 20 days leaves cant help this but still m trying to make it clear after every six months as much as possible..

now the main thing for which i want to consult is..i srsly surprised when i saw my marks in LAW this time.it was 29 only..i seriously cant figure it out how this ca be happnd..i refferd munish bhandari's book in evry attempt..i learnt almost all sections and wrote many of them also and company law is on tips i have learnt, one thing is that i didnt take any coachings for this subject(also Audit, and ITSM) and always there was self study..now if u are thinking that there is a prblm with presentation then something i would like to tell u..
From the last three attempts(means 2nd to 4th attempt) i always secured above 40..and in 3rd attempt my marks were at 59..i applied for re-verification but didnt get anything gud in return..
once again i re-united my all the powers and positive energy and again started studies for this LAST TRY.....but still m worried that inspite of knowing everything in this subject where is the deficiency..why m not getting the marks..it can be repeated again in Nov, 12..
serisly i dont wanna fail this time..i have no more energy left to compete it with..
same thing happens to me Audit of 2nd group..

WHEN I OPEN ICAI WEBSITE "WWW.ICAI.ORG" THEN MANY TIMES IT HAPPENS THAT INSTEAD OF OPENING THE ICAI WEBSITE, I GET NAVIGATED TO ANOTHER PAGE WITH TITLE "Committee for Capacity Building of CA Firms and Small & Medium Practitioners"
CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM SO THAT NEXT TIME WHEN I OPEN ICAI WEBSITE I GET DIRECT ACCESS TO IT.

Hi Friends,
Coming to the point, I'd like to become DSA for Bank Personal Loans & Home Loans. I prefer Private Banks like HDFC, ICICI, HSBC or RBS. Other Banks are also Welcome.

I've following queries.
1. What is the Procedure and Eligibiltiy Criteria to become Bank DSA?

2. Can an Individual, Fresher apply for DSA. Is prior experience must?

3. Is there any Security deposit or Fees to be paid to get DSA License? This is important to yake an informed decision.

4. Is Office Space and Manpower must? (Ofcourse, I'll make arrangements for a Office Space and manpower in 1-2 months, but before that I just wanna test the market and myself in this field).

5. What is the exact role of DSA? I mean, to my knowledge and Customer Acquistion and Documentation verification are must. But, apart from that, is there any other work to be done by DSA?

6. What are the Commission Rates for Personal Loans and Home Loans. This is very important for me to take an informed decision. So, plz don't skip this question.

In the meantime, clarify the above doubts. If I have any other queries, I'll drop a line.

hey friends and sir i need ur help regarding :

if i m getng salary permonth in my account direcctly and if i withdraw some money as cash n use dat money for purchasing gold or property than is it necessary that i shd show my details where i have utilized that money ..coz in my bank statments it will be shown just as cash withdrawan so do i need to show it my returns ..my intention is that i dont want to show and keep it privately. please do help..
