11 August 2012 hey friends and sir i need ur help regarding :

if i m getng salary permonth in my account direcctly and if i withdraw some money as cash n use dat money for purchasing gold or property than is it necessary that i shd show my details where i have utilized that money ..coz in my bank statments it will be shown just as cash withdrawan so do i need to show it my returns ..my intention is that i dont want to show and keep it privately. please do help..

11 August 2012 yes you can, but if you buy pure gold from bank and its value is more than Rs. 20,000/- they usually demand PAN.
