Please any body provide information about shop act license transfer to another name.
we have already get shop act license in shop name but problem is person of proprietor want to transfer proprietor ship to his son name so please tell me what is procedure for transferring shop act license of change the name of shop owner.

BEST WAY IS TO GET THE NEW SHOP ACT LICENSE, FOR THAT JUST TAKE AN UNDERWRITING FROM THE OLD OWNER FOR TRANSFERRING THE BUSINESS TO NEW OWNER.
