HOW TO Calculate debt service coverage ratio?
what are the factor are consider in numarator & denomator?

It is calculated in more than 1 way.A. bank interest+repayment versus cash flow or net profit or even net margin net of above 2. The practice which i follow is i specify the way i calculated the ratio. The main concern of bank is how many times the debt servicing is covered?
