In this regard how do we need to deal in making a service payment from India to Ireland?
Do we need to deduct any TDS? If Yes, what is the %?
If we deduct TDS what certificate Indian company needs to Give the Ireland company?

I am going to join in listed company and in the last round of recuiting process they asked me about salary certificate and salary slip of at least 3 months and i am unable to produce his these two document.
.1.would u like to suggest me that what should i say or do...
.2.what is the HR policy of listed company they will not appoint any person without these document..
