Seek Expertise in FEMA. Can you please suggest me books/manuals on FEMA by which i can understands it in deep and must be in easy language which can be easily comprehensible.

20 September 2012 Thanks for the reply sir. But i have already been through the site, it provides only law, no basics, no explanation and cases etc. I know about FEMA a bit but want to start again with the help of a manual or book.
