Is there any compulsion of application of Depreciation rate as per Companies Act for Private companies.............

till i haven't submit form 112 to icai. bcoz i am not aware about that form. This is my 7th month of articleship. Please let me know the details about how can i send the form.

The company has increased authorised capital from Rs.5 lacs to Rs.1 crore by issuing bonus shares. So in form 2 in column 5(d) which amt to be disclosed.Nominal amt per share is Rs.10 each. In column 6(b) (capital structure) which amt to be disclosed as issued, subscribed and pain up capital.

Sir, I have a joint saving bank account on either or survivor basis in Bank of India and cheque book and passbook issued by the bank for operating this account. Can one of the joint account holder without the consent of the other joint account holder without cheque and passbook can make FDR in his single name?

One of Our Client have not filled Return for last two years i.e. A.Y. 11-12 & A.Y. 12-13, and we forget the password, other problem is when they have registered for e filling E Mail ID is wrong in that.

Now my question is how we Get password for E Filling again?
