What are the norms that a CA in practice has to adhere to while getting his website made and his visiting cards printed as per Professional Ethics? Apart from the logo, what are the other compliances in this regard? Is he free to use any font style and colour?

I have a Company Incorporated in 2005. But after that there is no working in that company till now. Even the Bank account is not opened yet. Now the directors want to start working in that company. Now i have a task to complete companys all legal formalities and make this company in working conditions.. I dont know where to start it.
