So can any one tell me whats the problem is ??

In google chrome they are showing security error but i was using the same before site is under construction..

I am starting export of raw material from India. As this firm is register under partner ship. I want to register partnership firm under Indian Government.

1) how can I register partnership company under India government.or Is it necessary register partner ship under India government for doing export?? I have only PAN Card of my register company.
2) Can partnership company do export from India or i need to open Private limited company?

for signing balance sheet and other financial statements for their cleint
And in future, say FDI is 100% allowed in all sectors then whether say BIG4 will be eligible to sign balance sheet at their own.

In case suppose IND AS has already implemented into Indian economy.
now suppose US co. having a 100% subsidiary in India. Now at the year end US co. has to consolidate their accounts as per US laws.


my query is whether 100% subsidiary still has to make reconciliation between US GAAP & INDIAN GAAP as US is in the process of implementing IFRS.

Co. A has the Registered Office in Gujarat and One more Branch in Maharashtra.

they want Sales Invoice (i.e. bill to) on Gujarat Address, but delivery at their Branch in Maharashtra.

So, shall we do the same. what will be the Tax (MVAT/CST) & Percentage

any 'C' form Formality & procedure..???

If yes on what basis bank will open this company`s account in Noida whose registered address is of rajasthan?
