greetings of the day,
can anyone tell me the query as follows:
Present scenerio:
Say BIG 4 ca firms hired ca firm who are registered as per Indian partnership act
for signing balance sheet and other financial statements for their cleint
And in future, say FDI is 100% allowed in all sectors then whether say BIG4 will be eligible to sign balance sheet at their own.
do tell me as soon as earliest.

No, Big 4 is company and not firm.
CA firm can be registered only by CA as per CA Act
FDI cannot effect CA profession
CA firm can be registered only by CA as per CA Act
