friends i have some queries abt banking ... i know these may sound dumb but pls bear with me.. suppose i m doing a job in amritsar but i have hdfc bank ac only in ludhiana, my hometown... Q1. then the salary cheque which i get, can i deposit it in my bank ac at ludhiana through hdfc ac branch in amritsar ?????.... (i think answer is yes) Q2. can i withdraw cash from my bank ac of ludhiana through hdfc branch at amritsar (although i dont hv ac in amritsar) ??

Suppose a person is having salary of Rs 50000/- p.m. His absent in the month of July is of 4 days then what will be his net salary for the month of July? General ans will be 50000*(27/31), but please provide supporting or doc. evidencing for your ans. Its urgent.

I am in my Professional Programme, appearing for December Exam.

I am Working at an Engineering College (Appproved by AICTE) as Establishment Executive(Administration Dept.)since from 1.6 Years. The College is registered under a Trust Deed, But has a Gross Fixed assets more than Rs. 50 Lacs.

Will I be eligible for Exemption for Management training of 15 months under Section 48 of Company Secretaries Regulation 1982.

What if CPE hours are not completed for any particular year (Structured/unstructured?

Is TDS to be deducted for payment made to a person with whom a company hasnt entered into a contract??
eg: purchase of uniform for employees of Rs.110000. Is TDS applicable herein??

I will be completing 2 years of articleship training on Feb 13 & I am interested in Industrial Training after that,my final exam is due on Nov 13.So if any one can help me about which kind of industry i should go for & the compliance matters associated with it.

so, i want to ask you that is it necessry to give pan details or otherwise what will happen?
