WHETHER 3CD IS APPLICABLE TO A PARTNERSHIP FIRM WHERE ANNUAL TURN OVER IS BELOW 60 LAKHS?IF IT IS WHAT ARE THE DATA TO BE FURNISHED IN 3 CD?

If the firm is offering lower income than 8% on gross turnover before partners salary and remunaration then form 3CD required i.e tax audit has to make and it should be complete on or before to 30th September after completion of the respective financial year. I.e F.Y.2011-12 tax audit should be complete on or before 30-9-2012.
