In dgft site,from "E BRC for trade" i took print out of E brc.in that amt. realised and freight detail not fount as it was found in manual brc. i claimed Export benefit under rebate where i have to submit brc.
now after introducing e brc concept what is actually BRC for this purpose i dont know.

Plz guide me. is print out from dgft is sufficient which are only show mentioning details?

If we pay a new job worker an advance payment of Rs. 30,000.00 to start doing our work, is it necessary to deduct TDS on advance payment at that time?

If we deduct TDS, What if he denies to do work and want to return our payment after some days?

One of My Friend is working in a petroleum Centre and getting Basic Salary of Rs. 6028/-. Employer deducts EPF @12% Rs. 723/- and Employer Contributes only 3.66% of Basic Salary. So, My query is that, can employer contribute only 3.66% EPF. If yes then please let me know that is there any provision of Lower Contribution.

I could not write my offline cpt exam yesterday.when is next cpt exam.some are saying that online mode exam is on february or march, can i give it?and some others are saying that online is optional and offline is mandatory?what are all that?is cpt conducted 4 times a year?what is time limit?please answer my doubts clearly and genuinely as soon as possible.
