Is TDS to be deducted for payment made to a person with whom a company hasnt entered into a contract??
eg: purchase of uniform for employees of Rs.110000. Is TDS applicable herein??

No TDS is not deducted on Purchase ,
while if stiching is done on the same then it should be deducted.
