Form 18

Hello Can any one help me on the below issue

I have filed Form 18 and attached the address proof (Electricty Bill)for Registered address... but now I need to replace the address proof (Electricity Bill) with Rental Agreement which is created newly after filing Form 18.

Please advice me its very urgent

I am an Associate Chartered Accountant qualified last year.Whether is it compulsory to attend CPE Seminar within a year of qualification?

If not,whether my membership shall be cancelled?

Suppose any company have a 15 employee and salary range is 10,000 - 15000, all have a medical cover & they are not agree to deduct ESIC since they have mediclaim,
