16 January 2013 Hello Can any one help me on the below issue

I have filed Form 18 and attached the address proof (Electricty Bill)for Registered address... but now I need to replace the address proof (Electricity Bill) with Rental Agreement which is created newly after filing Form 18.

Please advice me its very urgent

I will suggest you to go ROC office and contact the person with which form -18 is hold for approval, they can do so for re-submission of Form if possible.

17 January 2013 Thanks Ajay, but the Form 18 which I filed earlier is already approved and I can the new registered office address on the Companies Master Data.. is it possible to resubmit now.

No, but i will suggest you to again change the registered address of the company and file the correct documents as you think fit.
