Newly incorporated Pvt. Ltd. Company, in the business line of Booking/Selling for Abroad Travel Packages, individually or groups or corporate bookings, received ROC registration certificate, is any other statutory registrations to be obtained, please guide, with thanks.

Since it is service nature business, service tax registration required, along with that PAN,TAN also required

service tax registration should be done in time, meanwhile also register under shops and establishment act.
