I AM IN A CONFUSED STATE
I APPLIED FOR ARTICLESHIP FOR A REPUTED CA FIRM (WITH 12 PARTNERS AND GOOD EXPERIENCE) IN HYDERABAD THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE VACACNY.BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT ONE VACANCY IN THERE BRANCH IN KARIMNAGAR(A TOWN IN AP).
NOW MY PROBLEM IS WHETHER TO JOIN BRANCH OR NOT WHETHER I GET THE SAME EXPOSURE OF AUDIT WORK AS IN HO OR NOT
PLSSSSSSSSSSSS HELP ME

i am unable to print form 26AS once i have downloaded it in pdf ...i can open the pdf file using the dt of birth as the password however the file is encrypted and needs a password for printing

i have tried using the date of birth again as password but it is not the right password. can anyone shed some light on this

is there any provision for giving final exam after completing 2years of articleship?

We filed the TDS Return for 2012-q4.But we lost the acknowledgement receipt in which PRR number is very important to place a request for form 16A.Please tell me how to find the PRR Number?

Can pvt ltd company get credit card in its name ?
I mean as company have its own bank account, own pan , So it is possible to also get credit card in company name ?

I have received invoice from Bharti axa Genral Insurance company Ltd of Rs 228495.00 including service tax.

This invoice is employees annually Insurance from company side.
In this invoice Tds is applicable or not.

respected sir/madam,
i am in a great need of your guidance. This year(2013) i completed my B.com and intended to join LL.B. (3 year); which i did. Now as my articleship is going on and as per the rules of ICAI i have to declare/sort permission to another course along with CA-articleship in prescribed format of Form-112.

Now when i approached to my college principal he refused to sign any such form as its not their policy. Also there no problem of rules from Bar-Council of India as they prohibit any "regular course" during college hours.

although when i asked to provide me a proof of timing they simply gave me Bona-Fide Certificate without mentioning college hours on it.

College hours are from 8:00 to 10:00 and my article ship starts at 11:00( 50 min travel)


so kindly please guide me through.And what can be done as soon as possible.Thankyou

I have a NRE A/C but i have returned back to India 3 yrs back . I was not aware that i have to inform the bank once i returned.
Now can i still maintain that A/C or have to cloce my A/C
secondly what r the taxes appliclable to me n if any penalty i have to pay

Dear Sirs,
I'am a student of IPCC regd in 2010. I have exemption for first group Accounts paper which i got in may 2012 and during this attempt(may 2013) i got exemption in costing paper. So can i claim both the exemptions for my upcoming Nov2013 attempt.?

But do i have to re register now? And if i switch over to new ipcc batch in which i can start my article-ship directly after graduation can i still claim my exemptions.

Please guide me.
