I just want to know when form 15CB & 15 CA used ? is it applicable for all foreign payments including import trade or for payment to non resident

In our organisation, One Employee joined during 2nd week of June, he is still continuing with our organisation.

His Salary for June month is below 10k as per Bonus act provisions, from july onwards his salary exceeds the slab of 10k i.e., he is not covered under Bonus act.

His working days (as per bonus act) for june month is below 30 days say 22 days, and total days for whole year is above 30 days say 290-300 days

As per my view he is not eligible for bonus for the said F.Year as his working days are below 30 while his salary covered under bonus act even though he worked for total year from june.

please advice me with justification.

i am a chartered accountant passed out in the year 2012 now i am in practice for me what is the requirement for cpe hours. anyway 1st year is exempt. so for the current block of 2011-13 how many hours i need to complete and cpe hours attended in the year 2012 will be counted for 2013 requirement because of 2012 exemption.

I sent the CPT registration form in the last days.. In hurry i didnot take a copy of DD and Application form.
I didnt recived any Letter or books from ICAI and even a msg of SRO number.
Please help me what to do now? and i have to make an exam application form and its not possible with SRO number..
tell me what to do?

Can any individual do the business of forex trading by taking money from people and investing in Foreign exchange and in return give them interest on such money?

Or there are some restrictions?
