dear sir i am in ca final and studying b.com as well i want to leave b.com and want to pursue cs so what should i do for that??

I m working in a banking sector as a clerk and doing CS also now I will appear for final level. To achieve a better position in that sector only then what I have to do? Is my working experience and my knowledge are contradictory to each other? totally confused? plz help

My father(not Alive now) used to have NSC certificate of value Rs5000, which got matured way back. But we have lost that NSC certificate but i have photocopies with me.

Please suggest me the process to encash the same. Thanks

if an person have 3 buildings

1 - is used for own occupation
2 & 3 - property's are given to lease to finance companys.

under section 2 ea the leased propertys are expemted.

please clarify these are exempted are not.
