As New Company Act came into force in august 2013, with new Depreciation Chart and Rates.

My question is
1. For Which assessment year New rates will get applied For ??

2. If new Rates gets applied for AY 2013-14, den how treatment is to be given in books of accounts.. ??

Im going to appear for CMA.group3(final) exam in june2014.. so is it mandatory for me to have my practical training of 6 months completed before appearing in june term? Or I have to complete my training before appearing for group4 exm?

As there is 2 partner in firm and 1 partner died in 2006 at that time no new deed was formed so is it become a proprioter and dosent need to execute partnership deed ...? or dissolution deed need to be formed ? as no deed is formed at that time is it valid to form now???
