I have cleared my icwa final and i have to apply for membership.For applying Membership there should be Work Experience of 3 Years.
I am Working in a C.A. Firm at Mumbai from last 3.5 years in Accounts, Taxation and Audit field, will this work experience eligible for applying membership.
Also i am a C.A. Final Student, i have done my articleship in the same firm for 3 years and continued as employee for 3.5 years other than articleship of 3 years.
Please Guide

According to institute norms following category of person from CA firm is exempted from traning
f the firm of Chartered Accountants/Company
Secretaries has separate Management Consultancy Division and if the applicant has exclusively worked in that division, credence to such service is given on percentage
basis depending on the nature of job related with c
ost/ management accounting/ financial accounting/ taxation/
MIS or of similar nature, size of the firm, nature
of duties handled by the applicant, size of the client companies etc.
and
Practicing Chartered Accountants/Company Secretaries are exempted from the Practical Training Scheme and they will have to seek exemption after duly followi
ng the procedures on payment of exemption fee as prescribe
