07 March 2014 Dear Sir,

Please suggest the solution for this..

we have a partnership firm registered in 1996 with 4 partners, after few years 2 partners were gone out in 2006. From 2006 the remaining two partners were carrying business up to 31/03/2013 and they intended to dissolved the firm now. (All proceedings were registered with "Register of Firms")
From this i have a doubt that the dissolution deed will make between two partners or all four partners.(if format available then kindly attached.)

07 March 2014 is it not obvious that partnership needs to be dissolved only with the existing 2 partners!
