06 March 2014 1. What is the periodicity for filing PT returns (PTRC) for a newly registered business?
2. How the Payments for the same are to be done?
3. The Departments Site mentions that periodicity is Quarterly while rule says its monthly!

06 March 2014 Payment has to be compulsory made online and returns for first year are compulsory filled monthly. From second year periodicity has to be decided on the basis of slabs for first year payments.
