my ca final registration letter is not received yet... so i dnt knw my final reg. is confirmed or not...is any other option to check my status with icai..

i want ask experts that what happens when a principal terminates his articleship? what does it mean?? and can he join another CA after termination???

Please guide me how can I unbook a tds challan which is already showing booked by bank and I am unable to modify the TDS challan.

for e.g. when I was doing tds revised return and I want to modify tds challan but when I modify the challan it shows challan is already booked by bank and challan is not open.

I have joined a firm about 1 month ago..

Now they say that i have been registered under other firm but will be working under the firm in which i have worked for a month..

Anybody please tell me the documents required for creation of trust. Where it should be registered? My client has institute which provides education. So I want to know the procedure for creating educational trust. And also he want to purchase a cab for the students, is it necessary that the cab must be registered on the name of trust? Or it cab be on owner's name?please reply its urgent.

as per icai notification 98 sec of new company act 2013 applicable for nov 14.
i want to know whether old comapny act also applicable? or only new 98 section ? or new as well as old both we have to read?
