First or second attempt

27 April 2014 Hi alllll,
I have completed my cpt in June 2012.I took 15 months for my ipcc,i mean i completed it in Nov 2013.and for MAY2013 i havent applied for exam also due to my personal problems.

And my dought is whether my attempt is considered as first or second attempt?

28 April 2014 if you didn't apply for the May 13 exam, theoretically, Nov 13 was your first attempt. However, no. attempts is a subjective issue as there are no guidelines for the same. How a prospective employer looks at it is anyone's guess.
