Articleship issue with principle

26 April 2014 i am facing trouble trouble with my boss behaviour and attitude. he is treating me bad since i asked for transfer.and i have done 1 yr 4 mnth articleship under him.he now dnt give me work also which i was doing earlier.i sit free. i want to leave him and work sincerely under other CA firm. how i can get rid of him?? pls its really mental torture for me.help me.

27 April 2014 well while your condition can be understood, the procedure to take transfer in such a case is not going to be easy, you will have to file a complaint against him with ICAI. and only where ICAI agrees to your assertions, you will be able to get the release.
