what is wealth tax?

I am decided to give Nov attempt of IPCC.But I got the hall ticket of May attempt because I online filled my exam form before.So what can I do at this stage???I want refund of Amount and what can I do so that attempt will not count???

if suppose in may 2014 final exam out of 8 papers i get exemption in 1 paper, suppose i secure 60 + in isca and fail in rest subject is it necessary to carry forward the exemption in isca for nov 2014 exam??

(as i thnk i can get rank in nov 2014 exam but i want to give a try for may 2014 exam as whether i give the exam or or it will be counted as my attempt so in case i get an exemption i dont want to c/f it to next attempt on the expectation to secure a rank)

Who is liable to pay it?
Does Trucks and other can motor vehicles should be included in computation?

1)Laundry Service Provider in Delhi gave bill of April’14 to the hotel in delhi where no service tax is charged by Laundry because it has not registered for Service Tax from the current month i.e. May’14, hotel wants to deduct TDS on the bill.
Now my Questions are:

a)Can hotel deduct TDS though laundry is a local (i.e. not registered), if yes what will be the rate of TDS? On what amount is TDS to be calculated? Does TDS include EC and SHEC?

b)Can hotel show Service Tax given and TDS deducted amount in same document from whom it is taking services?

c)Does hotel needs any Authorities to Deduct Tax?



2)Does Luxury Tax have any relation with Service Tax?

I Have booked a Flat as advance of Rs.1 lac with a builder on August, 2013 and the deal was cancelled by them returned the amt vide cheque which is bounced due insufficient fund. What should I do to recover the amount. Please advice me.
