Hi,

I have a query regarding the leave taken during my articleship ad Industrial Training period. I know that the maximum entitlement for leave is one-sixth of the period served. Just wanted to know if there is any restriction on the minimum number of leaves taken as well? I have taken very few leaves (2-3) during my 2 years 3 months of articleship. Now I am starting my Industrial training and the firm has communicated that they will not be able to give me more than a aweek's leave during my 9-months training. So at the end of my 3 years (articleship+Industrial training) period, I would have only availaed approx. 10 days leave as per my articleship completion and Industrial training certificates. Would that create an issue with the ICAI considering the leaves taken are very less or is that permissible as per ICAI laws?

My client want to purchase one running unit.that unit is fail to repay bank loan last installment and CC facility is also enjoyed by that unit in same bank. My client want to change the firm name at the time of purchase and want to surrender all old legal registration number. he will take new legal registration from all respective department. and he want be to continue with same loan on new name with same bank. weather is it possible?

My principal is willing to employ another Articled Assistant after my termination(He can employ only one)and if I do not report to the Institute regarding my termination, will it be causing any trouble to the Principal?

My articleship tenure has reached 1.5 years. Now is it possible to take a transfer since i have to be at home to take care of my parents.My house is 100 kms far from my present articleship place.Is it then possible for me to take a transfer . If so how and please tell me the procedures.
