Procedure to quit ca

Can anyone please let me know, is there any procedure to be followed for quitting CA? My principal is willing to employ another Articled Assistant after my termination(He can employ only one)and if I do not report to the Institute regarding my termination, will it be causing any trouble to the Principal?

06 October 2014 yes if ur in ur first year of training then file form 109 and must be duly signed by ur ca

06 October 2014 then in such case first on plain paper u need to write a letter to icai giving the reasons and then all the prof of such reason and such letter must be signed by ur current ca and then only when icai permits thne u file form 109
