Hi, I have received COP from the Institute.

Is it necessary to registered a firm name with the institute..
or i can practice on my own name?

International taxation and ifrs

Sir

I finished my CA in 2008 and have post qualification experince of three years in service industry. And presently Iam at home to take care of my children. I would like to do course on IFRS in coming year.
Will it help me later on when I decide to take up job maybe after 2 years or so.

Employer has not provided form 16a

Employer has outsourced the tax related work of employees to a consultancy and they claim that since the salary is below taxable income Form 16A is not required and gave only Form 16B. But for home loan, the loan agent is asking Form 16A as mandatory. So this has created real problem for sanction of loan. Can some one suggest some solution..?
