Am wondering whether 'taxes' refer to service tax? If yes, what rate of service tax is applicable for transfer of funds.

Amount to be transferred is below 10000.

Hi, I have passed 1st group of ipcc and also completed my articleship of 2 years. Now I want to take ATC Certificate. Please told me procedure for taking ATC Certificate

I just want to know that if principal has signed indeminty bond of his article for serving particular period of time after his articleship, then what are the powers of principal against him. however principal has already signed Form 108 and articleship completion letter has been issued to article clerk by ICAI. now if article will not serve period specified in bond then what would be the consequences? thanks in advance

I am from Rajasthan State & I joined articleship in Mumbai. But Sometimes i feel that the firm is not good & some time opposite. This firm have Stat Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit but no indirect tax & Direct Tax is also of Corporate Level in the stage of Tax Audit.
Whether it is beneficial for my future or not??
