27 January 2015 HI...I am Purvi Jain from Indore recently I am doing Practice and having proprietorship firm PURVI JAIN & CO. and i already appointed as a statutory auditor in some private company. my sir offers me partnership in his firm. i want to ask that what is beneficial for me either close my firm or merge my firm. what will the consequences and what is the procedure of it.

27 January 2015 Better to join with the firm to get more audit. Close your firm and join as partner in your sir's firm. Inform the institute and file the concerned forms with Institute.

29 January 2015 you can surrender the name of your firm and join the firm as partner and inform to institute.
