my query:
if date of AGM of the company was held on 25/07/2014 and Intimation letter sent by company dated 27/09/2014 and same dated appointment accept by the auditor. then what would be procedure for filling of form ADT-1 and GNL-2?

e-File form ADT-1. Mandatory attachments are:-
* letter issued to auditor seeking consent.
* consent and eligibility letter of auditor.
* certified copy of the extract of AGM resolution.
PS:- GNL-2 is now done away.
