anyone please let me know whether an establishment will get a registration certificate for EPF or a ESIC Code??or both??
if not both, then the difference between the above two.

28 January 2015 Both are different organisations established under different central Acts. Hence separate registrations and separate code is necessary for remittance.

29 January 2015 EPF for provident fund when your company employee nos 20 or more then required.

and under ESIC for 10 employee no company roll then registration required.
