Can we use CA logo in our name plate if we are CA not in practice but in employment?

Hello-My IEC status at icegate shows 9 (amendment). 1. How to get it changed to 0 (normal)? 2. Can I export with status being 9?

Misplaced/lost existing “HUF Deed”, seeking guidance/process on how to obtain a new deed in lieu of original deed.

We have an old HUF file established back 1985. The current difficulties consist of the following challenges:

a) We are unable to locate a copy of the original or a duplicate HUF deed.
b) The HUF is registered under the name "Sourabh Kumar Agarwalla HUF," while all official documents and identification of the Karta bear the name "Sourabh Kumar Goyal."

Given this situation, we are unable to fulfill KYC requirements when mandated by any institute. To address this issue, we seek guidance on how to rectify these discrepancies. Additionally, we wish to include a correspondence address in a different state, distinct from the permanent address.

In TCS return it is asking "Whether deductee opting out of taxation regime u/s 115BAC (1A)? (Y/N) ".How will i know that what deductee will choose.Please guide me what should i do in TCS return

I want to know that when we made online request for transfer PF balance from one PF Acct. no to another PF no then pension balance is parrerly transfer to current PF no??

Suppose pension balance not transfer and only pf balance transfer then what should i do??

1. Can I do any business as owner without taking permission from ICAI it will be considered Professional misconduct . or these provision only apply to full time cop holder.

> How to carried forward EPF pension balance to my EPF online Account (pension of past employee not shown online in member passbook)

> EPF and EPF Pension deducted by pf dept. in the year 1990 to 1999 and EPF balance transferred to PF Trust in current employer but EPF pension yet not shown in member passbook what should i have to follow procedure for getting EPF pension balance in member passbook.

Please guide me on priority basis.
