Now i want to go back to my home town can i show this reason to the institute for transfer of articleship from my current city to my home town(my home town is more than 100 kms away from my current city) Please help.... my company want to invest outside India and it can be possible via incorporating the WOS but the limit to invest in it is 400% of the net worth of the company as (per last audited balance sheet of the company).

my question is can we get our balance sheet for the year 2015-16 audited in this month for this purpose?

as our net worth is not enough as per our investment need so can we increase our paid up capital and than get the accounts audited so that as per last audited balance sheet our net worth suits to our investment...

plz clarify this....is it possible or not????

Recently we supplied some Education Book on Delivery challan to IT company at Hyderabad. The books was not relevant to their project so they returned through some courier.
