what is routine(daily) work a company secretary has to perform while at work?

Sir, I am in 11th month of Articleship and want to take transfer but since iam not being allowed to take leaves , it is being difficult for me to search for any other good firm. So can I take termination as of now and start with another firm any time or since iam in 11th month of articles should i get registered within 1 month?

I am a CA Final Student, I know how to register Pvt Ltd Company but I have a small doubt that is, may i submit online application without the help of any CA or CS. Because it's our own company and I will be one of the Director in that company.
So give clarification as earlier as possible.
