17 August 2015 I need a help
I haven't cleared my ngroup 2 of ipcc my final CA attempt is in nov 16. My articleship is in churuchgate and i stay in vasai I am confused should I take transfer or not. I have completed 1.8 years of articleship

17 August 2015 Taking transfer after 1 year of articleship is allowed subject to certain conditions. First check if they are applicable in your case.

17 August 2015 Amol joglekar Sir my dad has an health issuse which requires intense care so for that purpose what doc. Will be required to be submitted to icai for transfer

18 August 2015 01. The request on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) to the satisfaction of the Institute be made.
02. MEDICAL ground transfer aims at medical grounds of ARTICLED and not his/her parents.
03. See if your case falls in the second reason viz. Transfer of a working parent to another city involving a distance of minimum 50 kms (on production of a certified copy of the transfer order and the proof of relocation to another City).
