i am starting a retail shop on 2nd week of august 2016 ,I have taken shop licence on 1st jan 2016 ,then i have taken vat cst proff tax no on febuary 2016 so my business is not started yet
do i have have to file tax return as vat other tax return etc

i have cleared my CMA inter in 2011 and engaged with a firm for practical training but not intimated for training to icmai and completed one year training and mailed to icmai for that but no revert is received yet sir i couldn't attend the exam up to 2015 due to some reason. sir i want to know that.
Do i can fill the exam form for june 2016 ?

Problem Statement :
We are planning an application that help Orphanage to get fund from public. For online transaction (payment gateway) to enable there should be merchant id. For this bank do have charges. To support Orphanage which cannot bear this fund, we though to create a Merchant Id and accept transfer to our account. Then monthly transfer it to Orphanage's account. We registered as a Pvt Ltd company. Will there be any legal issue to do our business like this? We are not planning to take any revenue or commission for this.

In the letter regarding completion of articleship inst asked me to submit Form 112 from my previous auditor and i want to serve excess leave period of about 124 days. My question is that whether i can submit Form 103 first from the new auditor and continue my training and later on can i get sign from my previous auditor in Form 112 and submit to the inst. Will inst accept my Form 103 or ask me to submit first Form 112 and after that only allow me to serve my excess period?
