is there any time period within which one has to submit form 108 if any delay what's the punishment

Form 108 need to be submitted with in 30 days from date if completion of articles, failing which ICAI may ask you to provide article ship dairy, stipend proof,
You need to provide same on demand from ICAI , but at the time of submitted form 108 no enclosures required
