Under which act. if the VAT ,the most of the states are now online registration. you can do.

actually its a small startup now. so you can guide me to in which act i should do.

Incase you starting the company, start with ROC process, if looking for Proprietorship, the start with shop & establishment act registration with local corporation and panchyat limit and after that VAT/service tax registration
