i want to know if i have create new fy so can i modify in past fy

I have sent my Articleship Registration form to Vishwasnagar branch of ICAI through courier which was dispatched from Rohtak on 12.Feb.2016 . But I have not received my articleship registration letter till now. Usually articleship registration letter is delivered to students within 30 days of submission of registration form, but in my case 2 months have passed but still not received registration letter. Can anyone tell me what I should do now?

I have done article ship as per icai rule but not filed 108 form on due dates,
know I hvw to submit stipend proof
my ca inspite of my repeated saying paid stipend only once a year
my friend told me that if there is gap in payment in stipend proof icai will consider me as dummy and disqualify me
how to provide stipend proof means what I have to provide as proof
I am feeling so tense of losing my career all together how to prove my credentials is my friends point not of view is correct or not

now my doubt is bcoz of this will it create any problem to me in obtaining completion certificate
