Following are my queries -

1) I want to surrender my Certificate of Practice. Kindly guide me about the forms, process, etc.
2) Is it required to delete ARCA account in Income Tax e-filing website ? If so, how to delete it ?
3) I have already obtained FCA. Will I be allowed to use FCA title afterwards as well ?

1. A US CITIZEN WHO IS PERSON OF INDIAN ORIGIN (POI) HAD INHERITED AGRICULTURAL LAND IN INDIA AFTER DEATH OF HIS FATHER. HIS AGRICULTURAL INCOME IN INDIA RECEIVED FROM YEAR TO YEAR IS CREDITED TO HIS NRO ACCOUNT AND ALSO DECLARED IN HIS INCOME TAX RETURN AS EXEMPT INCOME. CAN THE POI TRANSFER THE ACCUMULATED AGRICULTURAL INCOME IN NRO ACCOUNT FROM NRO ACCOUNT TO HIS NRE ACCOUNT.

Hi,

I am want to set up a new business and set up a separate legal entity. Nature of my business involves exports to US and other international countries via Ecommerce platform and also trading in stock market.

As per the nature of my business mentioned above let me know which business structure should I use i.e, Proprietorship, LLP, OPC or Pvt LTD. Focus is to save tax and less compliance hassle.

I passed my Group2 Ca inter exams in May 2024, but noticed that that my gender was displayed incorrectly as female in exam form after a few months of passing the exams when I filled up the exam form for G1 January 2025. Gender is not displayed in Admit card and Marksheet, so did not notice it at that time, I am worried whether my result will be cancelled or any discplinary action would be taken against me by institute?
I have already updated Gender in my profile by raising a request on SSP portal, and it is showing male now in the profile but in the future Jan 2025 exam form and the previous exam forms showing me as a female. wrote to ICAI but no reply from them.
