Is it mandatory to get partnership deed attested from notary?

My query: Can ACA be partner in other firms?
If yes, is there any limit?

Can i apply bank audits from both the audit firms?

For eg: I joined as a partner in ABC & Co., XYZ & Co., can i apply bank audits from both the firms?
Is there any bar on empanellment for bank audits?

I worked in a govt organization on contractual basis, while payment was made by contractor who taken the contract of providing human resource. He deduct EPF from my salary and also contribute in it. Now I want to withdraw the whole balance from my EPF account. how can I withdraw it.

My cheque date is 14/12/2015.
Time limit by RBI for validity of cheque is 3month i.e. is 13/03/2016
on date 12/03/2016 and 13/03/2016 was weekend so bank is off

i deposit the cheque on date 14/03/2016. but bank refuse the cheque with the reason that cheque was time bared.
please give me legal spot or any judgement of court regarding this issue

I have exported some goods to Shrilanka and received full payment thereof. Now I want to pay the agent/consultant for service availed from him for the said export as per the mutual agreement. Payee is situated in Srilanka, has no place of business in India and the service has been given in Srilanka itself.
