my articleship period is going to. complete on 15th oct. 2016.. according to me my extension period will be of 6 months.. can i register under new principal? please let me know the procedure need to be followed for the same.

My query is in respect to Registration of property if a firm transfer it to its Partners.
Since property is required to be registered if transferred but in case of firm as not having a separate legal entity,transfer the property to its partners whether the property so transferred is required to be registered.

I started articleship from 15 June and I have to register within 30 days from joining.but it need certificate of orientation programme.I completed op on 23 May but received certificate till .so my question is can I register without op certificate.

Hai Everyone, please address my following query:

A Pvt company in India received FDI under automatic route through AD bank. The problem is foreign bank is not issuing KYC of the remitter stating that the funds have not been transferred from business account. Now we are unable to file AFR for allotment of UIN which will be used for filing Fc- GPR.

My query is how can we proceed now? (can we file FCGPR without UIN)
Next query is if remitter is an individual then he should also have business account?

Please help in this issue.
