Suppose a person is a shareholder of a bank and received dividend therefrom. He also has an account in the same bank. When the dividend is received from the bank, can it be treated as a transfer entry from the bank to the accountholder cum shareholder instead of sending the dividend cheque for clearing. It is assumed that the shareholder has not opted for ECS.

Please help me regarding the following matter........
I have filled TDS return for 26Q Q-1 on 12th July, 2016. So when i am going to downloading the form 16A , a massage showing by traces .......................
"Download request cannot be submitted as statement has not been processed for selected Financial Year, Quarter and Form type". So how much more days it will take time to processed . Because it's already 7 days crossed.

Please reply as early as possible.

hi... I have a hdfc salary a/c opened by my previous employer... now I joined as a article student in a firm...will this a/c be eligible for my stipend? as I got a mail from bank that it is going to be converted in to normal saving a/c if salary is not credited by my employer.

I am buyer of property . Last year I purchased a property of amount 50Lacks. I paid full payment to seller ( owner) as 40 lacks by cheque from bank where I taken home loan and 10 lacks from my side through cheque.
But recently I come to know their TDS which need to deduct for 50 lakh and above value property from payment of seller. This case was last year so may be huge penalty will come to me from Government.
I have contacted to seller , but seller not agree to give tds amount back to me.

Now please guide me how to settle the tds issue . I am in big trouble and financially not in situation to handle this , in my life first time I purchased property by taking huge loan risk and this issue making big tension for me.

COULD ANYONE ASK ME IN THIS ASPECT THAT WHETHER STOCK STATEMENT SUBMITTED TO BANK ON QUARTLY BASIS IS PROVISIONAL OR ABSOLUTE? wHETHER WE CAN CHANGE IT AT END OF THE YEAR WHILE FINALISING BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS. IF SO, WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE DIMENTION OF VARIATION.?
