I am Rashmi Sonalia an article assistant of Manoj Kothary & Co. form 2yr and 10month, requesting you to kindly give suggestion on the matter.
My Boss is treating badly with me by his word on every minute things. Sometime he used very bad language while talking. I am also fed up with my office timming it is by 10:00 am to 8:00 pm sometime above than this as i am leaving far from office. it took 1hr nd 30min to reach.
Recently i have taken leave for CA Convention, he was not allowing me and wants to cut my stipend for the same of Rs 1000/-. He after taking lots of my time wants to extend my articleship period. PLZ suggest me what shud i do. You can contact me through mail. ID rashmisonalia@gmail.com.

19 July 2016 Please suggest me as soon as possible to get out from this.
Now a days he is crossing his limit which is unbearable.
Waitng for your suggestion on above matter.

19 July 2016 Elephant has gone and tail has remained.......how many days of articleship is left? Tell me....
In fact, uptill now you must have LEARNT from him...how a CA should NOT behave with his/her articles...isnt it?
if you could sustain with his RAGGING/misbehaviour for so many days, can you extend yourself for few remaining articleship days?
See, let me make it clear,........ I am NOT suggesting you that you tolerate all his nonsense/bad behaviour.....NOT at all. In fact, hence forth be firm and compact. Do inform him that "the way you are treating me is NOT proper as per the ICAI guidelines. The only reason I am tolerating this is not because I am COWARD but because I have been taught to be respectful with PRINCIPAL......on top of this if you continue to misbehave with me.....I will have to change myself......Please let me know with your further behaviour"...
